Introduction:

Welcome to Teamed, the platform that connects businesses in Australia with teams of female experts in various areas of marketing, communications, and design. We recently underwent a rebranding, and our platform is now called Teamed. The official website for Teamed is https://www.teamed.au/. As part of this transition, certain conditions have evolved to enhance our services. Please carefully read the following Teamed Platform Terms of Service.

1. Vetted Project Managers:

A Project Manager (PM) on Teamed is a female expert responsible for overseeing and leading teams of freelancers. The PM serves as the primary point of contact between clients and freelancers, ensuring that client requirements and needs are effectively communicated and met. PMs act as bridges, fostering smooth collaboration between clients and the talented female freelancers as Teamed.

2. Vetted Freelancers:

Freelancers on Teamed are female experts specialising in various domains such as marketing, communications, and design. Freelancers bring their expertise to project teams led by Project Managers. They contribute their skills and creativity to deliver high-quality projects for clients on the Teamed platform.

**Definition of “Vetted”: Freelancers undergo a rigorous screening process to verify their skills, experience, and professionalism. The vetting process ensures that only qualified and reliable freelancers join the Teamed platform.

3. Platform Commission:

For every project on Teamed, a 15% commission will be charged by the platform. This commission will be deducted from the total payment, and freelancers will receive their payments net of the commission percentage.

4. Project Types:

Teamed will now support two project types: Waterfall and Agile.

• Waterfall Projects: These projects have a fixed price and follow the existing payment structure – 50% upfront and 50% upon project completion.

• Agile Projects: These projects involve sprint-based payments, with an initial 25% payment and the remaining 75% divided among sprints. Sprints typically occur every fortnight, allowing for client feedback and approval on the project's progress.

The project type (Waterfall or Agile) will be clearly communicated at the project's outset, enabling freelancers to make informed decisions regarding their participation.

5. Communication:

Effective communication is crucial. The chosen project type (Waterfall or Agile) will be clearly communicated at the project's initiation to ensure transparency for freelancers.

6. Exploratory Phase:

We are currently in the exploratory phase, and these conditions are subject to change. Any alterations will be communicated in advance to all relevant parties.

7. Database Update:
