Behind Teamed

Hi, I am Viviana, born in Colombia, living in Australia. I am a mum, my skin is brown, I have an accent, and since 2020, I’ve been a freelancer/consultant. But I am not just that. I am more than those labels. I am not my 15+ years of experience in digital marketing. I am not my network. And I am definitely none of the labels people like to place on me—“woman of color,” “mumpreneur,” “migrantpreneur,” or “femalepreneur.” I’m not defined by any of that.

Over time, I realized that traditional definitions of success didn’t work for me—or for many others like me. I didn’t want to fit into someone else’s box. I wanted to prove my worth on my own terms, and I knew I had something valuable to offer. That’s why I created Teamed.

Teamed isn’t just a product. It’s the solution to a question I’ve been asking for years: How can I, and others like me, prove our value and our results without being restricted by society’s labels? Teamed is about giving people, particularly women, the tools to break free from traditional constraints and show their true capabilities.

Teamed is about empowering individuals to define their own success. It’s not about labels; it’s about the work, the results, and the freedom to create your own path. Through Teamed, we provide a way to quantify productivity, highlight real skills, and give professionals—freelancers, consultants, project managers—a platform to showcase their worth without compromise.

For me, economic freedom means control over my work, my time, and my future. Teamed is how I’m achieving that, and it’s how I hope to help others do the same. This isn’t just my story—it’s the story of anyone who wants to break free from labels, prove their value, and live a life of true freedom.
